Returns & Exchanges

At Officine Générale, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition. We strive to make the return process as seamless as the tailoring of our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the signature Officine Générale garment bags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
