Where are Officine Générale products manufactured?
We pride ourselves on ethical production, primarily sourcing our fabrics from Japan, Italy, and the UK, with the majority of our manufacturing taking place in Portugal and France.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our Paris warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How can I determine my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our cuts generally follow European sizing; if you are between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
